How to Make Slow-Cooked Pepper Steak:

To make this tasty recipe, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients to make the recipe more tasty.

Step 2: Melt the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Place the meat strips in the pan and cook them until all sides are cooked. You don’t have to do this step, but it makes the meat taste and feel better.

Step 3: You can use water or beef broth, garlic powder, ground ginger, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce (if using) in a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together. The diced tomatoes that have not been drained should be added.

Step 4: In the bottom of your slow cooker, put the cooked beef, bell pepper slices, and onions. Make sure that all of the vegetables are covered with the sauce before you pour it over the top.

Step 5: Cover the crock pot and turn the heat down to low. Let it cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the beef is soft and the flavors have mixed.

Step 6: To make a slurry, mix the cornstarch with a small amount of cold water for about 30 minutes before serving.

Step 7: Add the slurry to the slow cooker and stir it in to make the sauce thicker. Put the lid on top and let it cook for one more minute.
